Do you want to learn world class baking without paying steep college tuition? Are you willing to work hard with a good attitude? Then Wheatberry’s apprentice program might be for you. On Monday and Wednesday, from 9 am – 12 pm, we will exchange one hour tuition in sourdough breads, pastries, grain milling, and viennoiserie for two hours prep work and cleaning.
